At Jackie B Art Studio, every print is crafted with care. Because each piece is printed to order, all sales are final.

Physical Prints
Refunds are not offered for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Size selection errors
• Color differences due to screen variations

Replacements Are Offered For:
✔ Damaged prints
✔ Incorrect items
✔ Lost shipments (confirmed by carrier)

To request a replacement, email jackiebartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos showing:
• The damage
• The packaging
• The shipping label

Digital Products
All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of instant access.

If you experience any download issues, I am happy to resend the files.
