Shipping Policy — Jackie B Art Studio

Every print is made to order in my studio to ensure exceptional quality and care.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for printing, drying, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Times
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are outside of my control.

Packaging
• Sizes up to 16×20 ship flat in rigid stay-flat mailers
• Sizes 20×30 and 24×36 ship rolled in heavy-duty tubes
All orders include tracking.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are based on print size to reflect accurate packaging and carrier costs.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, transit is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking is stalled or missing, contact USPS/UPS first. If additional help is needed, email support.

Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, email jackiebartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. A replacement will be issued.

International Shipping
Available upon request. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
